Spatial organization includes an administrative area, shielded telecommunications zone, technical spaces for critical installations, and strategically located storage areas.
The building is equipped with HVAC, fire suppression (sprinklers, fire hose cabinets, dry chemical, alarms), plumbing with solar panels for domestic hot water (DHW), and low- and medium-voltage electrical installations, all designed according to energy-efficiency and technical-safety criteria.
