Air conditioning system consisting of water chillers cooled by seawater, supplied from several collection wells. Domestic hot water is produced by high-temperature split units that guarantee a supply of 75°C, creating a highly efficient system for continuous and variable use.

Both installations are adapted to the functional needs of the building, front of house areas and MEP rooms, ensuring the safe and efficient distribution and evacuation.

Fire Suppression & Fire Alarm
Including hose reels, automatic sprinklers fire booster pump and fire alarm. The installation is integrated throughout MEP rooms, corridors, and front of house areas in compliance with current regulations and operational safety standards.
