Mechanical installations in a 5-star luxury hotel with a total of 467 guest rooms, including suites.
The project includes the execution of the following installations:
- Comprehensive heating and air conditioning installation and DHW connected to the urban district heating &c network “Districlima” in Barcelona’s 22@ district, optimizing the building’s energy efficiency. Wastewater treatment system, intended for supplying toilets throughout the hotel, contributes to sustainability and reducing potable water consumption.
- Fire suppression installation, compliant with current regulations and ensuring safety.
- Ventilation, exhaust and supply installed in front of house areas and guest rooms, ensuring indoor air quality and environmental comfort.
