Descripción:

Comprehensive refurbishment of the installations in one of the two guest room towers of a 20-story hotel complex, including front of house areas and MEP rooms. The project focuses on the full modernization of HVAC, plumbing, sewage, electrical, and fire suppression systems, carefully adapted to the building’s architectural layout and vertical design.

Guest Rooms: installation of HVAC including fan coils, plumbing and sewage systems, and fire alarm, adapted to the new interior design layout. The project implementation is pressure-segmented, with high-pressure installations in the upper half of the tower and low-pressure installations in the lower half, ensuring efficient operation throughout the building’s vertical extent.

Front of House Areas: complete renovation of HVAC, plumbing, sewage, fire suppression, and electrical systems, including the redistribution of installations to meet new usage requirements

MEP Rooms: installation of new HVAC equipment and renewal of booster pumps for plumbing and fire suppression installations

Heating Supply: ocean water cooling, including sea water collection wells. This technical solution provides high energy efficiency and protection against high temperatures, specifically adapted to the climatic conditions of the Canary Islands.
