Project by Momentum as investor and Node (temporary accommodation specialist) to develop a mid-term rental hotel. NH has a total of 707 residential spaces. ATIL COBRA has carried out HVAC installations, including advanced systems for air conditioning, ventilation, and heating, meeting the comfort and energy-efficiency requirements of the complex.
The building has 21 levels, with a constructed area of 44,348 m² and a star-shaped architectural design. Its height ranks as the eleventh tallest tower in the Madrid region. The accommodation units vary in typology, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments.
This residential provides complementary user-oriented services, including parking, swimming pool, coworking areas, gym, sports facilities, grocery store…, and extensive green areas. Operational management is fully digital via a mobile application, providing automated and efficient user experience.
The building has achieved top-level environmental certifications, highlighting BREEAM Outstanding, setting a benchmark for sustainability in hospitality nationwide.
