HVAC
Mechanical systems equipped with VRF units for the air conditioning of guest rooms and front of house ground-floor areas. Domestic hot water is produced using solar panels and air-source heat pump. Air renewal is ensured through heat recovery units, exhaust and ventilation fans. All systems are monitored and controlled via BMS, enabling full functional integration and supervision.
Pumbling and Sewage
MEP room includes cold and domestic hot water storage tanks, booster, chlorination system, and recirculation pumps. Plumbing in PPR. Sewage in soundproofing PPR.
Fire Suppression
Installation includes water suppression tank, fire booster pump, automatic sprinklers, fire hoses and portable fire extinguishers, all in compliance.
