Newly constructed building located in the MESENA Campus, featuring advanced technical installations for HVAC, fire suppression, BMS, in the main building and annex buildings.
Installations:
- HVAC: includes chiller, geothermal heat pump, inductors, cool roofs, floor heating, and VRF by geothermal water condensation. MEP rooms are equipped with split units.
- Fire Suppression: sprinklers, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, automatic fire suppression in MEP rooms under current standards.
- Stairwell pressurization system: Differential pressure system for safe evacuation.
- Ventilation & CO2 detection: dedicated system in parking areas.
- BMS: building management system monitoring MEP installations.
- Annex Buildings: direct expansion air conditioning, portable fire extinguishers.
- Others: installations for 3 operational access booths and a visitor center.
