Technical servicing of the HVAC systems at Bancolombia’s Niquía operations center. The scope of work included:
- Complete overhaul of 450-TR centrifugal chillers, replacing main components and upgrading BMS.
- Eddy Current testing of heat exchangers to determine wall-thickness loss in copper tubing
- Preventive maintenance of the chilled-water plant, air-handling units, ventilation system, and BMS.
