Mechanical installations for a high-rise student residence/hotel (25 floors, podium, mezzanine, and three basement levels).
The project scope includes:
- Air-conditioning system includes heat pumps that provide both cooling and heating.
- Plumbing installation and domestic hot water (DHW) supply, distributed across three storage rooms located on the 24th floor, 12th floor, and basement level -1, optimizing hydraulic and thermal performance.
- Fire suppression & fire alarm, designed in accordance with current regulations, ensuring the safety of occupants and the building infrastructure.
