Replacement of all HVAC equipment and fire booster pump, configured to enhance efficiency, reliability, and ease of maintenance
Heating
Installation of water-cooled chillers with air-cooled heat dissipation, including four outdoor air-cooled condensers. The equipment incorporates energy-recovery systems used for preheating domestic hot water (DHW) and heating swimming pools.
The intervention ensures functionality, energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, and full alignment with the complex’s redesigned architectural layout.
