Residential development consisting of approximately 400 single-family homes, predominantly semi-detached, along with the renovation of some individual units from previous phases.
The project phases include:
HOUSING Phase IV: comprehensive refurbishment and extension of 82 semi-detached single-family homes.
HOUSING Phase V: comprehensive refurbishment and extension of 28 semi-detached single-family homes.
Works include civil construction and MEP installations. Works are aimed at adapting the functional layout of each housing unit to the current needs of users, in compliance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements.
