Preventive and corrective maintenance of the shopping mall’s air conditioning and ventilation system.
Shopping Mall Florida
Installation of water-cooled condensation systems including cooling towers, pumps, steel and PPR pipes, exhaust systems in bathrooms and carpark; Includes also the BMS system to manage the HVAC equipment.
Jardín Building
Air conditioning system for a hospital building comprising 100 rooms, procedure rooms, and MEP rooms. The HVAC installation includes multipurpose chillers, chilled beams, AHUs with MERV and HEPA filters, and purification and redundancy systems to ensure continuous operation.
